A Global Invitation for Win-Win Partnerships

Following the successful expansion into the United States and Turkey in 2024, in 2025-2026, HIUV will actively expand into India, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, among other countries. It will adopt multiple approaches to industrialize and establish advanced photovoltaic film production capacity, promoting win-win cooperation and development. This will create a favorable situation of complementary and coordinated development with its domestic business. In terms of collaboration, HIUV offers flexible models—including long-term partnerships or joint ventures—alongside turnkey solutions encompassing equipment, installation, process packages, quarterly training, technical upgrades, and one-stop support. These solutions enable partners to rapidly establish production capacity and strengthen market competitiveness.

HIUV also encourages site selection within local free trade zones or economic/industrial development areas to facilitate access to production factors and benefit from favorable tax and import-export policies. HIUV warmly invites global partners to join forces in building mutually beneficial collaborations and advancing project success together.

Sixteen Years of Industry Expertise: Building Global Leadership

With 16 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, HIUV has developed robust technological capabilities and industrial competitiveness. Supported by a team of over 100 R&D professionals, annual R&D investment exceeding RMB 100 million, and nearly 160 domestic and international patents, HIUV continuously delivers innovative products. From pioneering PID-resistant EVA encapsulant films and pre-crosslinked white EVA films (which boost module power by 0.8–1.5%), to commercializing co-extruded POE encapsulant films and most recently developing non-migrating light-conversion films, HIUV remains at the forefront of photovoltaic encapsulation technology.

Six Innovative Products Empower the Transformation and Upgrade of the Photovoltaic Industry
As a technology leader in the photovoltaic module encapsulation materials industry, HIUV has launched six pioneering products in 2024—Light Conversion Film, Color Film, Black Film, HEPE, HTPO, and PVE. With outstanding innovation capabilities, these products address key industry pain points, enhance module reliability and overall power generation efficiency, reduce costs, optimize optical performance, and meet diverse customer needs—driving the transformation and upgrade of the PV industry from multiple dimensions.

Light Conversion Film: Targeting the issue of UV sensitivity and performance degradation in HJT cells, HIUV broke through international patent barriers to develop the third-generation zero-migration light conversion film. Combined with antioxidant solutions, it can reduce HJT cell degradation by approximately 0.5% per year. Over a 25-year lifespan, this can help a 1 MW solar plant avoid power losses of about 1.2 to 1.5 million kWh.

Color Film: With 10%-25% higher light transmittance than traditional ceramic printing, the color film not only gives modules a unique visual appeal to meet personalized customer needs but also increases module power output by 8%-20%.

Black Film: With its high reflectivity, the black film significantly boosts power generation efficiency. Over 25 years, it can increase power generation by 2 million kWh per MW and deliver additional revenue of RMB 800,000 to 3.6 million.

HEPE: Responding to the industry's trend of cost reduction, HIUV’s new co-extruded HEPE structure can help reduce TOPCon module costs by 8% compared to traditional solutions.

HTPO: Designed for advanced perovskite technologies, HIUV's HTPO offers a bonding strength of 150 N/cm with perovskite layers, reducing yellowing degradation by 30%, and comes with four supporting solutions to accelerate the commercialization of perovskite PV.

PVE: For the BIPV sector, HIUV has launched PVE—an upgraded version of traditional EVA—with strength increased by 50%.

The launch of these new encapsulation products and solutions not only enriches the functional product portfolio of the PV industry but also represents major breakthroughs in enhancing module performance, reducing manufacturing costs, and improving reliability—injecting fresh momentum into the transformation and upgrade of the PV industry.

Looking Ahead: Co-Creating a New Era of Green Energy

Looking to the future, HIUV will remain committed to innovation-driven development, deepening global partnerships, and promoting high-quality growth in the renewable energy sector. The company welcomes global partners to collaborate in equipment, technology sharing, and other opportunities in the photovoltaic encapsulant industry. With an open and cooperative approach, HIUV is ready to work hand-in-hand with international partners to co-create a new era of sustainable energy.
